Job Details:

• Position: Electrical Project Manager
• Locations: Indianapolis, IN
• Travel: Occasional, regionally

Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical trade scope on commercial construction projects
• Work with superintendents and foremen to schedule and plan work activities
• Set project goals, procedures, and performance standards
• Communicate regularly with field leadership and resolve project challenges
• Manage procurement of tools, equipment, and materials
• Monitor progress, cost, and schedules; issue reports and updates
• Implement corrective actions for any delays or cost overruns
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the project lifecycle

What you bring:

• Prior experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role
• Electrician background (field experience required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
