• Salary: $90,000 – $115,000
• Bonus: Discretionary

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed design plans, calculations, and technical specifications for bridge and civil structure projects
• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget goals
• Utilize design tools such as OpenBridge Modeler, OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, and similar software
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction schedules
• Conduct inspections and evaluations of existing bridge structures to recommend repairs or rehabilitation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery

Preferred Background:

• 5+ years of experience in bridge or structural engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in bridge modeling and design software
• Experience with project delivery in both public and private infrastructure environments
