We are currently seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer with a background in educational facility design to support K-12 and higher education projects. • Salary: $86,100 – $144,700
• Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (3–4 days remote)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead electrical engineering design for new and renovated educational facilities
• Develop system concepts and documentation from schematics to construction administration
• Design power distribution, lighting and controls, and fire alarm systems
• Ensure projects meet energy efficiency and sustainability goals
• Conduct product research and oversee code compliance
• Prepare construction submittals and technical reports
• Mentor team members and serve as technical lead on small to medium-sized projects

What You Bring:

• PE license and bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• 3+ years of experience in educational or institutional electrical design
• Proficiency in power, lighting, and fire alarm systems
• Strong understanding of sustainability and energy-efficient solutions
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Eligible for H1B sponsorship
