What You’ll Do:

• Install, startup, troubleshoot, and commission HVACR systems and units
• Service equipment including chillers, cooling towers, steam systems, and AHUs
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including system replacements
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Test and verify newly installed systems are fully operational
• Perform responsive emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Strong background with large commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Hands-on experience with chillers, boilers, steam systems, and related equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
