What You’ll Do:

• Oversee field execution of HVAC construction and retrofit projects
• Coordinate with Sales, Preconstruction, and Engineering teams
• Participate in pre-bid reviews and manage contract scope compliance
• Supervise field labor and ensure workforce alignment with project goals
• Review drawings and perform job walks to ensure proper execution
• Generate and manage project documentation including RFIs and closeouts
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec

What You Bring:

• Experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial HVAC
• Strong knowledge of design-build and retrofit project processes
• Ability to lead field teams and manage job site performance
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, project documentation and scheduling
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
