• Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (DOE) + Commissions

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow accounts through retrofit sales and service agreements
• Sell HVAC projects, pneumatic upgrades, service contracts, and parts
• Research prospects and initiate outreach via calls, meetings, and referrals
• Develop client relationships and present tailored solutions
• Collaborate with operations and estimating teams on proposal development
• Deliver impactful client presentations and maintain CRM accuracy
• Meet annual revenue targets through new business and renewals

What You Bring:

• Experience in HVAC or mechanical systems sales
• Strong understanding of retrofit projects and service agreements
• Proven success in client-facing roles and closing deals
• Ability to work independently and manage a local territory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 + Uncapped Commissions
