• Base Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 + Commissions

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts
• Sell HVAC retrofit projects, service agreements, and upgrades
• Identify opportunities through outbound efforts, site visits, and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals
• Deliver client presentations and guide solution development
• Meet annual revenue goals through both project and service sales

What You Bring:

• Experience in HVAC sales, mechanical contracting, or similar industry
• Familiarity with retrofit, pneumatic upgrades, and service contracts
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
