We are hiring a Process Engineer to support the design and delivery of high-purity process and industrial mechanical systems for biotech, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences clients. Work with a collaborative team of engineers solving complex challenges in mission-critical environments.

Position Details:

• Title: Process Engineer
• Location: San Jose, CA (with site visits throughout SF Bay & Central Valley)
• Salary: $105,000 – $160,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design process systems using P&IDs, PFDs, and detailed system specs
• Perform hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural)
• Conduct site walks for field verification and constructability reviews
• Support commissioning and troubleshooting during startup

Core Technologies & Skills:

• PIPE-FLO or Excel-based hydraulic modeling
• Instrumentation and control components (valves, pumps, PSVs, etc.)
• AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam proficiency preferred
• Experience with industrial piping, clean utilities, and process layouts
