• Title: HVAC Mechanical Project Manager
• Location: Greater San Jose & San Francisco Metros
• Salary: $125,000 – $185,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level capital HVAC projects from planning through execution
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure subcontractor coordination and stakeholder communication
• Review contracts and drive scope alignment across teams
• Ensure regulatory and code compliance
• Conduct site visits and track milestones and schedules
