Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Mechanical Project Engineer
• Location: Greater San Jose & San Francisco Metros
• Salary: $85,000 – $120,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage RFIs, submittals, and project change orders
• Track budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and delivery schedules
• Assist with bidding and support project management efforts
• Ensure alignment with project scope and close-out documentation
• Visit job sites to ensure quality standards and schedule adherence
• Support code, contract, and specification compliance
