About the Opportunity:

We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager (Special Projects) to join a long-established MEP firm based in Edina, MN. This position offers the chance to lead multiple HVAC-focused projects, with support from an experienced field and office team. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of HVAC projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out
• Lead subcontractor coordination, jobsite scheduling, and field labor support
• Track project financials, forecasts, and schedule adherence
• Manage RFI submissions, submittals, and change order processes
• Participate in job walks and pre-bid reviews with sales and management teams
• Ensure proper documentation and scope compliance
• Procure materials and verify timely equipment delivery

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Project Manager
• Strong organizational and field management skills
• Proficient with project documentation, RFIs, and change orders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $115,000 – $160,000+ (Depending on Experience)
