We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee installation, commissioning, and project execution for commercial and industrial clients across the Chicago area. Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Project Manager

• Salary: Up to $100,000
• Status: Full-Time | On-Site | Project-Based Travel

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–10 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• 5+ years in a supervisory project management role
• Experience in HVAC system installation and maintenance
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple complex projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quarterly cost reviews to executives
• Oversee O&M manual submissions
• Coordinate project launches, commissioning, and training
• Manage project closeout procedures and assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs and owners
• Supervise billing, requisitions, and payment tracking
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and contract modifications
• Negotiate changes with GCs and monitor budget revisions
• Foster a collaborative team culture and resolve conflicts
• Ensure clear communication and support staff development
