HVAC Turnkey Project Manager – Charlotte, NC – $75,000–$90,000 (DOE)

About the Opportunity:

A leading mechanical contractor in the Carolinas is seeking an experienced HVAC Turnkey Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of HVAC capital projects. Position:

• Title: HVAC Turnkey Project Manager
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Status: Full-Time / On-Site

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in HVAC project management or mechanical construction
• Prior experience overseeing technicians and managing project teams
• Understanding of project estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
• PE License and team leadership background – plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate capital project needs and align scope with facility requirements
• Coordinate with sales to collect data and define project specifications
• Lead engineering efforts and prepare comprehensive scopes of work
• Oversee technicians and assistants; plan, schedule, and delegate tasks
• Manage project timelines and collaborate with engineering for equipment selection
• Issue purchase orders and approve subcontractor invoices
• Deliver project closeout packages and warranty documentation
• Update cost estimates and negotiate pricing with vendors/subcontractors
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Offered Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (Depending on Experience)
