We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects throughout Colorado. Position Details:
- Title: HVAC Project Manager
- Location: Westminster, CO
- Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 + Annual Bonus
- Status: Full-Time | On-Site | Project-Based Travel
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of construction management experience at a supervisory level
- 5+ years as lead PM on projects valued over $10M
- Mechanical or Architectural Engineering degree with design/build background – preferred
- Strong leadership, project coordination, and client communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preplanning efforts, including shop drawings and value engineering
- Supervise key construction activities and assign project tasks
- Drive QA/QC processes across project phases
- Oversee job setup, budget development, contract negotiation, and modification tracking
- Administer VDC/BIM initiatives and prefabrication activities
- Coordinate service start-up and temperature control sequences
- Monitor equipment/material procurement and manpower distribution
- Define project scope via contract reviews and collaborate with stakeholders
