We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects throughout Colorado. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected mechanical contractor known for innovative engineering, design-build solutions, and complex installations in commercial and industrial markets.

Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Project Manager
• Location: Westminster, CO
• Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 + Annual Bonus
• Status: Full-Time | On-Site | Project-Based Travel

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of construction management experience at a supervisory level
• 5+ years as lead PM on projects valued over $10M
• Mechanical or Architectural Engineering degree with design/build background – preferred
• Strong leadership, project coordination, and client communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preplanning efforts, including shop drawings and value engineering
• Supervise key construction activities and assign project tasks
• Drive QA/QC processes across project phases
• Oversee job setup, budget development, contract negotiation, and modification tracking
• Administer VDC/BIM initiatives and prefabrication activities
• Coordinate service start-up and temperature control sequences
• Monitor equipment/material procurement and manpower distribution
• Define project scope via contract reviews and collaborate with stakeholders
