HVAC Account Manager – Corpus Christi, TX – $50,000+ Commission (Quarterly)

About the Opportunity:

A growing HVAC services firm is seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Account Manager to support client relationships and drive service growth in the Corpus Christi area. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge, customer-centric focus, and strong sales instincts to manage ongoing service accounts and uncover new project opportunities.

Position:

• Title: HVAC Account Manager
• Location: Corpus Christi, TX
• Status: Full-Time
• Travel: Project-Based within local territory

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC solutions with 1–2 years in service/sales roles
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business or technical field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers via field visits, directories, and referrals
• Assess existing customer orders for service expansion opportunities
• Present services, pricing, and value propositions to potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service initiation
• Handle customer concerns and maintain strong service relationships
• Follow up on account billing and outstanding issues
• Track sales leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Develop annual sales strategies and territory goals
• Represent the company’s offerings to maximize profitability and growth
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000+ (DOE)
• Commission: Paid Quarterly
