We’re seeking a results-driven HVAC Account Executive to promote and sell comprehensive HVAC and Plumbing solutions across the Cincinnati market. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering long-term service solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
Position Details:
- Title: HVAC Account Executive
- Location: Cincinnati, OH
- Salary: $50,000 Base + Commission | Total Comp: $150,000+ (DOE)
- Status: Full-Time | Client-Based Travel | No Remote Work
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Sales or Account Executive in a related industry
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales at various management levels
- Background in commercial HVAC sales or service agreements preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience in developing sales pipelines and meeting aggressive revenue targets
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass background/drug screen
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote HVAC and Plumbing Preventative Maintenance Agreements and Retrofit services
- Build and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility teams
- Identify and engage new clients through outbound calls, meetings, and referrals
- Maintain a consistent and qualified sales pipeline
- Present weekly sales goals, initiatives, and progress to the Sales Manager
- Collaborate on strategies to exceed individual and team sales targets
- Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and customized sales presentations
- Close multi-year maintenance contracts and generate recurring revenue opportunities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Commission Plan:
- 8% on new maintenance contract sales
- 4% annual residual on existing contracts
- 1% of project value (if stemming from a maintenance contract)
- Bonus: Annual Performance Bonus
