Position Details:
- Title: HVAC Sales Project Manager
- Location: Greater Minneapolis Area
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000 + Annual Commission
- Status: Full-Time | Hybrid | Client-Based Travel
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HVAC Design Trade School Degree required
- 3–5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and installation processes
- Experience with airside, steam, heating water, domestic water, and vent systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Viewpoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through outreach, networking, and client relationship development
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals
- Provide clients with custom HVAC solutions aligned with their needs and budgets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including resources, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for seamless execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee documentation for contracts, budgets, permits, and progress reports
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, local regulations, and building codes
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (DOE)
