Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Technician
• Location: West Chester, PA (Territory includes nearby NJ, MD)
• Type: Full-Time | Service & Retrofit | In-field travel within 2 hours of office

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC service experience
• Hands-on experience with major brands: Carrier, Trane, Daikin, York
• Familiar with large commercial systems: chillers, boilers, cooling towers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Available for emergency on-call rotation
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems and components
• Perform system startups, commissioning, and emergency repairs
• Review and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend improvements
• Test newly installed systems to ensure optimal performance
• Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and building operators
