We’re seeking a detail-oriented Associate Quotations and Submittal Coordinator to join a leading mechanical and hydronics solutions provider in the Vancouver, WA area. This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales and operations team by preparing competitive equipment quotations, organizing submittals, and coordinating project documentation efficiently and accurately.

Position Details:

• Title: Associate Quotations and Submittal Coordinator
• Location: Vancouver, WA
• Status: Full-Time | Overtime Eligible
• Travel: No Travel Required

Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with Salesforce and equipment estimating or sizing tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing equipment plans and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and external vendors

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mechanical/plumbing plans to identify bid opportunities and relevant equipment
• Extract and analyze project documentation for accurate pricing
• Estimate equipment costs and prepare quotations according to company standards
• Prepare and submit timely quotes to customers and internal teams
• Monitor bidding opportunities and collaborate with sales engineers
• Provide product submittal packages and maintain current templates
• Organize electronic records and maintain job documentation
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $32.00 - $35.00 (DOE)
