We’re seeking a highly experienced Building Enclosure Commissioning Manager to oversee the delivery and development of commissioning services for both new construction and existing facilities. This is a leadership role that combines deep technical knowledge with team and client management responsibilities. The role is based in Vienna, VA with flexibility for other locations including Richmond, VA and Raleigh, NC.

Position Details:

• Title: Building Enclosure Commissioning Manager
• Location: Raleigh, NC
• Salary: Up to $130,000 (DOE)
• Status: Full-Time | Flexible Hybrid Work Schedule

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in building enclosure commissioning or similar field
• B.S. in Engineering, Architecture, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as BCxP, AIA, or NCARB strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of design, construction, and performance of building enclosure systems
• Proven leadership managing diverse teams, clients, and multiple projects
• Strong budgeting, quality assurance, and business development experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage building enclosure commissioning services for complex projects
• Coordinate work among project managers, senior PMs, and commissioning agents
• Deliver quality assurance from pre-design through project closeout
• Initiate and drive strategic project approaches and client engagement
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and personnel to ensure delivery excellence
• Support service line development, training, and operational oversight
• Engage in marketing and business development activities for service expansion

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $130,000 (DOE)
