Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Technician
• Location: West Chester, PA
• Type: Full-Time | Local Field Work

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong hands-on experience with equipment such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and large AHUs
• Experience with product lines like Carrier, Trane, Daikin, York
• Customer-first mindset with solid communication skills
• Flexible for emergency on-call support
• EPA Certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, install, troubleshoot, and commission commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose, repair, and recommend solutions for system inefficiencies
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Test systems for proper function and efficiency
• Deliver clear communication to customers and internal team members
• Maintain professional appearance and documentation standards

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)
