We are seeking a talented Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our Indianapolis team. This is your opportunity to work with a well-established MEP firm focused on sustainability, innovation, and excellence in design for commercial, healthcare, and institutional buildings.

Position Details:

• Title: Sr. Mechanical Engineer
• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
• Schedule: In-office with flexible/remote merit-based options

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and analyze mechanical system layouts including HVAC and piping systems
• Create project drawings using Revit; AutoCAD is used minimally
• Apply a fundamental understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and building codes
• Coordinate with internal MEP teams and outside consultants to ensure integrated design solutions
• Support preconstruction efforts by aligning project bids with engineering documents
• Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and code compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–2+ years of experience in HVAC design or related mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (DOE)
