Ideal Candidate:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license – required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership and client-facing experience in the Higher Education sector
- Proven ability to drive business development, lead strategy, and deliver profitable growth
- Skilled in contract negotiation, proposal development, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic growth and positioning of the Higher Education market sector
- Oversee business development, marketing strategies, and sector visibility
- Collaborate with Managing Principals on project acquisition, delivery, and client engagement
- Define and manage service delivery models, team structures, and project schedules
- Serve as a key spokesperson in client meetings, professional groups, and public forums
- Direct tracking of opportunities, sales, and revenue for continuous growth
- Manage annual sector budgets and forecasting efforts

- Salary: $126,000–$236,500
- Bonus: Discretionary
