HVAC/Cooling Service Representative – Chicago, IL – $80,000–$105,000 (Base + OT + Bonus) + Full Benefits

About the Opportunity:

A top-tier enterprise technology and infrastructure company is seeking a skilled HVAC/Cooling Service Representative to support mission-critical cooling operations in data center environments across the Chicago metro area. This is a high-impact, customer-facing field service role with strong growth potential and excellent benefits.

Position Details:

• Title: HVAC/Cooling Service Rep – Data Center Environments
• Location: Chicago, IL (and surrounding areas)
• Compensation: Estimated $80,000–$105,000 = $60,000–$75,000 Base + Overtime + 5% Bonus

Ideal Candidate:

• Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or cooling experience required
• EPA certification preferred
• Experience with soldering or piping a plus
• Background in HVAC Controls or working in data center environments is ideal

Responsibilities:

• Work onsite at data centers for Fortune 100 technology companies
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC, cooling, and controls systems
• Manage equipment start-up, repairs, and technical support
• Provide end-user training and recommend system upgrades
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through preventative and corrective service
• Oversee installations and coordinate with multiple account teams
• Occasional travel required (varies by region)
• Initial training based in Dallas, TX
