Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Retrofit Project Manager
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 (Base Salary Estimate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC retrofit projects from pre-bid to closeout
• Supervise and support field employees, ensuring timely and quality project execution
• Conduct pre-bid job walks and collaborate with the sales team and management
• Oversee all field project operations and ensure compliance with scope and specifications
• Manage documentation, RFI submissions, and closeout procedures
• Track and adjust project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in HVAC or mechanical project management, specifically retrofits
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, scopes, and documentation workflows
