Sr. Plumbing Engineer/Designer – Minneapolis, MN – Up to $180K + Bonus – Hybrid Schedule

A well-established full-service MEP consulting firm is seeking a Sr. Plumbing Engineer/Designer to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. Position Details:

• Title: Sr. Plumbing Engineer/Designer
• Location: Minneapolis, MN
• Work Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of plumbing systems for commercial and institutional buildings
• Produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
• Design domestic water, sanitary waste, storm drainage, natural gas, and specialty systems
• Ensure compliance with applicable plumbing codes and standards
• Perform calculations for pipe sizing, water supply, drainage, and pressure drops
• Coordinate plumbing designs with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, architectural)
• Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and respond to RFIs
• Collaborate with project managers on scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communication

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Plumbing Engineer/Designer in a consulting or engineering environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and building systems
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
