Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with a Lead/Mentor Technician during onboarding
- Read schematics and perform hands-on electrical troubleshooting
- Install ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), switchgear, and UPS systems
- Support emergency call-outs and on-call schedules (may include weekends/nights)
- Future opportunity for limited remote troubleshooting once ramped up
Ideal Background:
