Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with a Lead/Mentor Technician during onboarding
• Read schematics and perform hands-on electrical troubleshooting
• Install ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), switchgear, and UPS systems
• Support emergency call-outs and on-call schedules (may include weekends/nights)
• Future opportunity for limited remote troubleshooting once ramped up

Ideal Background:

• Industry Experience: Electrical, Industrial Controls, Power Supply, Switchgear, UPS, PLCs, Data Centers
• Military Technicians Welcome: Navy Nuke, Army Power, Aviation Electricians, or similar MOS/AFSC
