- Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design complex HVAC systems, including large-scale air handling units and chilled/hot water systems
- Engineer automatic temperature control systems with control sequences, diagrams, and point schedules
- Develop 2D/3D construction documents using Revit
- Produce calculations, documentation, and energy modeling for LEED certification support
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams
- Collaborate with internal departments, architects, building owners, and construction managers
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- PE License (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong experience in HVAC system design and project leadership
