• Title: Sr. Mechanical Engineer

• Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote

• Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design complex HVAC systems, including large-scale air handling units and chilled/hot water systems
• Engineer automatic temperature control systems with control sequences, diagrams, and point schedules
• Develop 2D/3D construction documents using Revit
• Produce calculations, documentation, and energy modeling for LEED certification support
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams
• Collaborate with internal departments, architects, building owners, and construction managers

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
• PE License (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Strong experience in HVAC system design and project leadership
