About the Opportunity:

A leading national provider of Building Automation and Data Center Solutions is hiring a Data Center Controls Specialist for a full-time role at a major data center site in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a stationary site-based role with strong benefits, competitive pay, and limited travel unless project needs shift locally.

Position Details:

• Title: Data Center Controls Specialist (BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS)
• Location: Lithia Springs, GA (Stationary Data Center Site)
• Travel: Limited; may require occasional travel to sites in Ashburn VA, Atlanta GA, New York NY, Minneapolis MN, Denver CO, and San Diego CA
• Salary: $85,000–$125,000 (Depending on Experience) + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, install, and commission BAS, SCADA, and EPMS systems for a data center environment
• Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara and proprietary building control systems
• Reprogram and rewrite control sequences to match design intent
• Perform device-level point-to-point testing and validation
• Integrate communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
• Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and low-voltage panels
• Ensure systems are calibrated, functional, and properly documented

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years experience in BAS or Data Center Controls (Tridium/Niagara preferred)
• Experience with integrated systems such as SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS
• Strong understanding of HVAC, building automation, and electrical systems
• Familiar with industry communication protocols and field devices
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000–$125,000 + 10% Bonus
