Position Overview:
- Title: Construction Estimator
- Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
- Salary: $78,000 – $100,000
- Bonus: Discretionary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and complete GC scope estimates for retrofit/infrastructure improvement projects
- Analyze and reconcile subcontractor quotes for scope alignment and pricing
- Collaborate with Engineers, Project Developers, and Energy Analytics teams
- Integrate technical inputs into comprehensive and realistic cost estimates
- Create estimates for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Validate constructability, cost assumptions, and project timelines with field personnel
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners
- Create estimate summaries to support customer decisions and engagement
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, trade means and methods, and cost estimation processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with retrofit projects and working within existing built environments

- Base Salary: $78K–$100K + Discretionary Bonus
