This role is ideal for professionals with experience estimating retrofit and infrastructure projects in the built environment. Position Overview:

• Title: Construction Estimator
• Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
• Salary: $78,000 – $100,000
• Bonus: Discretionary

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and complete GC scope estimates for retrofit/infrastructure improvement projects
• Analyze and reconcile subcontractor quotes for scope alignment and pricing
• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Developers, and Energy Analytics teams
• Integrate technical inputs into comprehensive and realistic cost estimates
• Create estimates for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Validate constructability, cost assumptions, and project timelines with field personnel
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners
• Create estimate summaries to support customer decisions and engagement

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, trade means and methods, and cost estimation processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with retrofit projects and working within existing built environments

• Base Salary: $78K–$100K + Discretionary Bonus
