About the Opportunity:
An established, highly respected technology company supporting enterprise data center and mission-critical environments is hiring a Power Systems Technician for its Chicago, IL operations. This role offers strong mentorship, excellent pay, and a full suite of benefits starting on day one.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Total: $95K–$120K (Base: $70K–$80K + Overtime ~$25K + 10% Bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a mentor/lead technician while ramping up
- Read schematics, perform electrical troubleshooting, and eventually install ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches) and switchgear in data centers
- Respond to emergency/on-call needs for mission-critical operations (may include nights or weekends)
- After full training, may handle some troubleshooting remotely
Ideal Candidates:
We’re looking for skilled professionals with one of the following backgrounds:
- Experience in electrical, PLC controls, industrial, UPS/switchgear, power supply, or data center environments
- Armed Forces veterans with technical/electrical experience (e.g., Navy Nuclear, Aviation, Power Generation, Army Technical roles)
