About the Opportunity:

A leading national provider of mission-critical infrastructure solutions is hiring Mechanical Commissioning Agents to support major data center projects in Phoenix, AZ and beyond. This company delivers full-spectrum design-build and commissioning services to Fortune 100 clients with a focus on reliability, advanced technology, and high standards of quality. Multiple openings are available.

Location:

• Phoenix, AZ (Less travel if located locally)
• Other regional travel may include Atlanta, GA; Ashburn, VA; and more (up to 75% if not local)

Position:

• Mechanical Commissioning Agent – Data Center Environments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Per Diem when traveling

Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical commissioning of data center systems to ensure optimal performance
• Lead daily commissioning activities and maintain thorough QC processes
• Create and execute SOPs, MOPs, commissioning test procedures, and turnover documentation
• Review mechanical design packages, drawings, submittals, and test results
• Develop and maintain logs, reports, and deficiency lists
• Execute integrated system and load bank testing on CRACs, AHUs, chillers, pumps, sprinklers, and related systems
• Interface with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Analyze FAT and Level 3 test data for mechanical systems
