About the Opportunity:

In this role, you will oversee field inspection processes and ensure that construction projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and design intent. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage inspection processes throughout the full project lifecycle
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and contractors during construction administration
• Maintain and coordinate a master inspection schedule with architects and contractors
• Perform on-site field inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Ensure timely and proper resolution of all field report items
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Respond to RFIs and Change Proposal Requests during construction
• Collaborate with Principals and Project Managers to ensure adherence to company standards, specifications, and drawings
• Make informed construction-related decisions as needed
• Review specifications, shop drawings, addenda, and related construction documents

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in MEP construction and consulting, including field project management
• Strong ability to interpret construction documents (MEP drawings/specs)
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
• Familiarity with power, lighting, data, security, HVAC, temperature controls, plumbing, and fire protection systems
