Join a highly respected Houston-based MEP consulting firm as their Field Services Manager. In this role, you will oversee field inspection processes and ensure that construction projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and design intent. Work with a collaborative team on impactful education, healthcare, commercial, and transportation projects across Texas.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage inspection processes throughout the full project lifecycle
- Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and contractors during construction administration
- Maintain and coordinate a master inspection schedule with architects and contractors
- Perform on-site field inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Ensure timely and proper resolution of all field report items
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Respond to RFIs and Change Proposal Requests during construction
- Collaborate with Principals and Project Managers to ensure adherence to company standards, specifications, and drawings
- Make informed construction-related decisions as needed
- Review specifications, shop drawings, addenda, and related construction documents
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in MEP construction and consulting, including field project management
- Strong ability to interpret construction documents (MEP drawings/specs)
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
- Familiarity with power, lighting, data, security, HVAC, temperature controls, plumbing, and fire protection systems
