• Title: Chiller Technician
• Status: Full-Time
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for qualifying candidates)
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (local candidates only)

• Work Environment: On-Site (No remote work)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Certified in Chiller Plant Repair (McQuay, Daikin, York preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong understanding of centrifugal and Turbocor chillers
• Proficient in diagnostics, teardowns, and rebuilds of compressors and motors
• Experienced with starters, VFDs, and HVAC control systems
• Skilled in combustion analysis and boiler optimization
• Ability to diagnose and repair control valves and heat exchangers
• Comfortable working independently or in team-based environments
• Familiar with Taco and Riello systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial chiller systems
• Perform point-to-point testing, component calibration, and system optimization
• Maintain and monitor cooling towers and HVAC mechanical systems
• Support airflow and water system troubleshooting and adjustments
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on customer-facing projects
