A nationally recognized mechanical and building automation contractor is hiring a Traveling Mechanical/HVAC Foreman to lead field teams on new construction and renovation projects across the United States. Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Ability to lead and mentor crews across multiple job sites
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Capable of reading blueprints and interpreting specifications
• Experienced in coordinating construction schedules and managing deadlines
• Comfortable working closely with project managers and administrative teams
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
