A reputable HVAC and Controls company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC systems and sheet metal projects. Based in the Canton, OH area, this position will be responsible for managing bids, estimating, and overseeing project execution for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Responsibilities:

• Review mechanical engineering plans and specifications, focusing on HVAC and sheet metal systems.
• Develop accurate material takeoffs for HVAC installations.
• Identify required resources for installation, retrofit, and repair projects based on project scope.
• Prepare comprehensive mechanical bids including material, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
• Collaborate with purchasing to finalize material pricing and vendor selection.
• Perform detailed cost estimation and support internal teams in meeting bid deadlines.
• Conduct site surveys and equipment evaluations for retrofit and replacement proposals.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, evaluate feasibility, and ensure project timelines are met.
