Position Details:

• Title: Mechanical/HVAC Foreman
• Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (Nationwide Travel)
• Schedule: 17 Days On / 4 Days Off Rotation
• Compensation: $32.50 – $44.00/hr. (average $38.20/hr.)
• Per Diem: $35 per night (paid during work rotation, including off days, weekends, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead mechanical field crews on new construction and remodel projects.
• Partner with superintendents to plan work, coordinate trades, and ensure job site productivity.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify layouts and conditions.
• Monitor crew performance, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily logs, timesheets, and weekly progress reports.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and system commissioning.
• Troubleshoot field issues while collaborating with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of combined experience in construction, remodeling, or project coordination with mechanical exposure.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical HVAC Foreman or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, guide, and mentor teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
