Position Details

• Salary: $125,000 – $160,000+ (based on experience)
• Employment: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC mechanical projects through completion, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Oversee project financial forecasting, budget management, and deadline adherence.
• Supervise subcontractors and process change orders as required.
• Coordinate schedules, communicate with subcontractors, and work closely with internal project coordinators.
• Establish project guidelines and direct the field labor force effectively.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of necessary equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with management to complete pre-book reviews and required documentation.
• Review contract documents to verify scope and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address field issues proactively.
• Prepare RFIs and close-out documentation to support project completion.
