Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level capital HVAC projects
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, and project documentation management
• Ensure project scope alignment; manage submittals and close-out documentation
• Lead financial forecasting, cost control, and budget oversight
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct site visits for inspections, bidding support, and progress tracking
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
• Drive key milestones while ensuring quality and compliance
• Review and negotiate contract documents for scope clarity and risk mitigation
