Position Details

• Salary: $115,000 – $145,000+ (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and close-out processes
• Ensure project scope alignment and coordinate effectively with stakeholders
• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits for inspections, bidding support, and progress tracking
• Support project management teams with scheduling, budgeting, and milestone execution
• Monitor compliance with contracts, codes, and specifications
• Review and interpret contract documents for scope and technical requirements
