About the Opportunity

A leading power management solutions provider is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor (NETA) to join their team in Northern Texas. This organization delivers critical field services and technical support across a variety of industries, including data centers, oil and gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure. The Supervisor will lead a team of skilled NETA-certified technicians to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient resource allocation, and the highest standards of safety and quality.

Position Details

• Title: Field Service Supervisor (NETA)
• Location: Lewisville, TX (Northern Texas Region)
• Compensation: Up to $85.00/hr + Sign-On Bonus
• Travel: ~50% within Northern Texas (2–4 hour radius), with periodic overnight travel (1–3 nights every 3 weeks)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Field Service Technicians to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Allocate field service resources effectively to meet project timelines and customer requirements
• Maintain proactive and consistent communication with customers to ensure expectations are met
• Foster and enforce a strong safety culture in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development for field technicians
• Monitor job progress to ensure quality standards and timely completion
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and implementation of operational goals

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience as a Field Service Supervisor or in a leadership role within electrical field services
• NETA Certification (Level III or IV preferred); candidates must have significant NETA experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic field service environment
