Position Details

• Title: HVAC/R Technician
• Location: Cincinnati, OH
• Compensation: $30/hr – $50/hr (Depending on Experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Overtime: Available
• Travel: Project-Based within the Greater Cincinnati area

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, hydronic, piping, and control system issues across commercial environments
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction
• Work independently while coordinating with engineers, architects, foremen, and vendors as needed
• Attend job site and project meetings, providing technical insights and addressing challenges proactively
• Complete all required project documentation, including service reports and material requests
• Identify and procure necessary tools, materials, and replacement parts efficiently
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed and participate in on-call rotations
• Ensure all work adheres to company and safety standards

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service, plumbing, and refrigeration (preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities across a variety of systems and applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven reliability, professionalism, and teamwork mindset
