  • User Content: Any Content that users submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Services, including but not limited to job postings, resumes, messages, and feedback.
  • You or Your: Refers to the user accessing or using the Services, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity, including Job Seekers, Employers, and visitors to the Site.

User Eligibility

Age and Legal Requirements

To use the Services provided by ControlFind.com, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older. If you are under 18 years old but at least 16 years old, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
  2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with ControlFind.com. This means you must be of sound mind, not under duress, and not legally restricted from entering into contracts.

  4. False Information: You must not use false information or impersonate another person or entity through your account.

Account Creation and Responsibilities

By continuing with a third-party login, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, even if you do not manually check an acceptance box during registration. You must notify ControlFind.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  3. Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process and to promptly update this information as necessary to ensure that it remains true, accurate, current, and complete.
  4. Single Account: You may not create more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another individual or entity. Multiple accounts created by a single user without explicit permission from ControlFind.com may result in the suspension or termination of all related accounts.
  5. Account Use: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow any third party to access or use your account. You are responsible for all use of the Services through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
  6.   3. Account Types: You may choose to register as a Job Seeker or an Employer. Each account type provides access to specific features tailored to the needs of the respective user group.
  4. Profile Information: You are encouraged to complete your profile with additional information, such as a resume for Job Seekers or company details for Employers, to enhance your use of the Services. All information provided must be accurate, current, and truthful.

Account Security

  1. Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
  2. Unauthorized Access: You must notify ControlFind.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You can contact us at support@controlfind.com.
  3. Secure Passwords: Use a strong password for your account that includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Change your password periodically to enhance security.
  4. Secure Access: Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session, especially when accessing your account from a public or shared computer.
  5. Personal Information: Do not disclose personal, sensitive, or confidential information through your account. ControlFind.com is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Account Termination

  1. Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting ControlFind.com at support@controlfind.com. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and your profile and any associated data may be deleted.
  2. Involuntary Termination: ControlFind.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  3. Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any data associated with your account, including job postings, resumes, and messages, may be deleted. ControlFind.com is not liable for any termination-related data loss.
  4. Reactivation: If your account has been suspended or terminated by ControlFind.com, you may request reactivation by contacting us at support@controlfind.com. Reactivation is at the sole discretion of ControlFind.com.

By registering for an account and using the Services, you agree to adhere to these registration, security, and termination policies.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Services:

  1. Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distribution of counterfeit or stolen items.

  5. Data Scraping: Using automated means, such as bots, scrapers, or spiders, to collect data from the Site without our express written permission.

  7. Posting Inaccurate Information: Posting any information that is false, misleading, or deceptive, including false job postings or inaccurate resume information.
  8. Inappropriate Content: Posting, transmitting, or distributing content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful or offensive.

  3. Ownership: Ensure that you have the legal right to upload, post, or transmit the User Content. You must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  4. Confidentiality: Do not post any confidential or proprietary information unless you have the right to do so. Respect the confidentiality of others.
  5. Respectfulness: Avoid content that is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

  4. Reporting Misconduct: If you encounter any behavior that violates these Terms, report it to support@controlfind.com immediately using the contact information provided.

Job Posting and Applications

Guidelines for Employers

As an employer using ControlFind.com to post job opportunities and seek candidates, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Accuracy and Honesty: Ensure that all job postings are accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Job descriptions should clearly outline the roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation.
  2. Non-Discrimination: Comply with all applicable laws regarding non-discrimination in hiring. Do not post job listings that discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  3. Compliance with Laws: Ensure that all job postings comply with relevant local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  4. Job Posting Content: Include a clear and concise job title, detailed job description, qualifications required, location, employment type (full-time, part-time, contract), and application instructions.
  5. Contact Information: Provide accurate contact information so that job seekers can reach out with questions or applications. Do not include misleading or false contact details.
  6. No Duplicate Postings: Avoid posting the same job multiple times. If you need to repost a job, delete the previous posting before creating a new one.
  7. Timely Updates: Keep job postings up to date. Remove any postings that are no longer valid or have been filled.

Guidelines for Job Seekers

As a job seeker using ControlFind.com to search for job opportunities and apply for positions, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Accuracy and Honesty: Ensure that all information provided in your resume, profile, and job applications is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. This includes your work experience, education, skills, and any other relevant information.
  2. Compliance with Application Instructions: Follow the application instructions provided in the job postings. Submit all required documents and information as specified by the employer.
  3. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications with potential employers. This includes email correspondence, phone calls, and interviews.
  4. Timely Applications: Submit applications in a timely manner. Ensure that your resume and profile are current and reflect your most recent experience and qualifications.
  5. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared with you during the application process.

Resume and Profile Information

When creating and maintaining your resume and profile on ControlFind.com, you agree to the following guidelines:

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as outlined in the Account Termination section.

Fees and Payments

Pricing and Subscription Plans

  1. Subscription Plans: ControlFind.com offers various subscription plans for employers to access premium features and services. These plans may include enhanced job posting capabilities, access to a larger pool of candidates, and additional tools for managing applications. Detailed information about the current subscription plans and their pricing can be found on our Pricing Page https://controlfind.com/privacy-policy/. Some subscription plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually). By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize ControlFind.com to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  2. A La Carte Services: In addition to subscription plans, ControlFind.com may offer a la carte services such as single job postings and promotional features. Pricing for these individual services will be clearly listed on the relevant pages of the Site.
  3. Free Services: Basic services, such as standard job postings and job searches, may be available for free. However, ControlFind.com reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free services at any time.

Payment Terms

  1. Payment Methods: ControlFind.com accepts payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms including Stripe and PayPal. Available methods may vary depending on your location and the type of product or subscription selected.
  2. Third-Party Payment Processors: All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal, third-party payment service providers. By purchasing through our platform, you also agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal), Stripe’s Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy), PayPal’s User Agreement (https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/useragreement-full), and PayPal’s Privacy Statement (https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full). ControlFind.com does not collect or store your full payment details. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or security issues caused by Stripe or PayPal.
  3. Billing Cycles: ControlFind.com offers both one-time and recurring billing options. One-time job postings are charged at the time of purchase and do not renew. Recurring subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, annually, or as specified during checkout) unless canceled in advance. Recurring subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. The length of each billing cycle is determined by the number of days in the calendar month in which the subscription was initiated or last renewed. For example, if a subscription begins in February (28 days), the next charge will occur 28 days later. If the next renewal occurs in March (31 days), the following charge will occur 31 days later, and so on. As a result, renewal dates may vary from month to month.
  4. Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize ControlFind.com to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method at the time of purchase. For recurring subscriptions, you further authorize automatic charges at the beginning of each renewal period until you cancel the subscription in accordance with these Terms.

  6. Late Payments: If a payment is declined or not received for any reason, ControlFind.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or late fees, as permitted by law.

Refund Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final: All purchases made through ControlFind.com are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, job postings, subscription plans, promotional bundles, and any other paid services. Unless otherwise stated, all unused job posting products must be activated within 180 days of the date of purchase. ControlFind.com reserves the right to remove, retire, or deactivate unused products after this period without refund.
  2. No Guarantees of Results: By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge that ControlFind.com does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to the hiring of candidates or receiving job offers. We do not vet or endorse any specific job seeker, employer, or job posting on the platform.
  3. Billing Errors Only: If you believe there has been a billing error (such as being charged multiple times for the same item), you must notify us in writing at billing@controlfind.com within 14 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and issue a correction if warranted.
  4. Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing, but no refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the current billing cycle.

By using ControlFind.com's Services and purchasing any subscription or a la carte services, you agree to these fees, payment terms, and refund policies. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact our support team at support@controlfind.com.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content

  1. ControlFind.com Content: All content provided on the Site and through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other materials (collectively, "Site Content"), is the property of ControlFind.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
  2. User Content: Users retain ownership of any content they submit, post, or display on or through the Services, including but not limited to job postings, resumes, profiles, messages, and feedback ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize ControlFind.com to use such User Content as described in these Terms.

User License to Company

  1. License Grant: By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Services, you grant ControlFind.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services. This license will terminate when you remove your User Content from the Services.
  2. Submissions: If you submit any suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Services to ControlFind.com ("Submissions"), you acknowledge and agree that ControlFind.com is free to use, disclose, reproduce, modify, license, transfer, and otherwise distribute and exploit your Submissions in any manner, without any obligation to you.
  3. Moral Rights: You waive any moral rights or other rights of authorship or attribution that you may have in any User Content, and you agree not to assert any such rights against ControlFind.com or its licensees, successors, and assigns.

Trademarks and Service Marks

  1. ControlFind.com Marks: ControlFind.com, the ControlFind.com logo, and other ControlFind.com graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, registered trademarks, or trade dress of ControlFind.com in the United States and/or other countries. These trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ControlFind.com's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits ControlFind.com.
  2. Third-Party Marks: All other trademarks, logos, and service marks not owned by ControlFind.com that appear on the Site or through the Services are the property of their respective owners. Any use of these trademarks, logos, or service marks without the express written permission of the owner is strictly prohibited.
  3. Use of Marks: You may not use any of ControlFind.com's trademarks, logos, or service marks without our prior written consent. You are also prohibited from using any metatags or any other hidden text utilizing ControlFind.com's name or trademarks without our prior written consent.
  4. Infringement Claims: If you believe that any content on the Site or through the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@controlfind.com with the details of your claim. ControlFind.com will investigate and take appropriate action as required by law.

By using ControlFind.com's Services, you acknowledge and agree to these intellectual property rights policies. Unauthorized use of the Site Content, User Content, or trademarks may result in termination of your account and legal action.

If you and ControlFind.com cannot agree on a location, the arbitration will take place in Delaware.
