- Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 (based on experience and level)

Role Overview
As an Electrical Commissioning Engineer, you’ll act as a third-party authority responsible for verifying the functionality and reliability of electrical systems at data center sites. You’ll work directly on-site with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure equipment is installed and performing in accordance with specifications and standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a commissioning agent (CxA) for electrical systems across data centers
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure performance standards
- Develop and implement commissioning procedures using company templates
- Assist in planning for load bank testing and managing testing durations
- Connect and operate Power Quality Monitoring (PQM) equipment
- Conduct functional testing and infrared (IR) scanning of electrical systems
- Record and analyze PQM data using spreadsheets and documentation tools
- Support the creation of detailed commissioning reports and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer or similar role
- Familiarity with ASHRAE Guideline 0 and the 5 levels of commissioning
- Strong understanding of critical power systems and PQM equipment
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S.
- Clear and professional communication skills
