- Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $49.00/hr
- Expected Earnings: $135,000 – $200,000+ annually

Role Overview
This senior-level technician will independently manage the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of industrial HVAC systems in extreme environments. You’ll play a key role in supporting quality checks, offshore compliance, and technician mentorship across global client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including DX units, chillers, filtration units, exhaust systems, and pressurization equipment
- Perform startup, NRTL certification support, and QA inspections of production HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair fire dampers, duct heaters, sensors, and PLC-controlled components
- Interface directly with clients to provide updates, solutions, and project timelines
- Train and mentor junior service technicians
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
- Execute preventative maintenance plans as needed
- Operate forklifts and maintain a clean, safe job site
Qualifications
- Prior experience in industrial or offshore HVAC service roles
- Universal EPA Certification (Required)
- Basic Plus (HASC or ISTC)
- TWIC Card, HUET, and Offshore Certifications (Company can assist with these)
- PLC troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
