What you’ll be doing:
- Lead master planning and building design efforts, especially for mission critical facilities
- Coordinate with clients and civil engineers for site entitlements and approval processes
- Develop building system concepts and guide documentation from schematic through construction phases
- Act as a team leader on complex, integrated A/E projects
- Support project pursuit proposals, scope definition, and fee development
- Supervise and mentor team members, and manage discipline work plans
- Engage in QA/QC reviews and ensure document quality
- Attend site walks and interface directly with clients and stakeholders
- Stamp/seal documents under your license as required
What you need to succeed:
- PE License (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Required)
- 5+ years of experience in architecture with mission critical/data center projects
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting and travel for site visits as needed
- Strong technical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
