• Title: Construction Site Superintendent – Design-Build/Construction
• Location: Philadelphia, PA
• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects—plan, organize, monitor, and execute jobsite tasks
• Coordinate field activities and subcontractor scheduling
• Manage equipment needs and material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and corporate standards
• Resolve jobsite challenges and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
• Utilize Procore for RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of Procore and MS Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
• Preferred: Degree in Construction Management or related field
