Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager – Design-Build/Construction
• Location: Philadelphia, PA
• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day project execution, from pre-bid to closeout
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and contractors
• Track milestones, financial forecasting, and scope control
• Oversee subcontractor and manpower schedules
• Lead change order management and RFI documentation
• Conduct site visits and job walks as needed
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, superintendents, and ops teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage contract documentation, financials, and scheduling
• Familiarity with design-build construction practices
