We’re looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to provide hands-on service, troubleshooting, and support for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Position Details:

• Title: HVAC Service Technician
• Location: Roseville / Greater Minneapolis, MN
• Salary: $25–$45/hour (Union Rates | DOE)
• Status: Full-Time | Union Role | Onsite | Overtime Available

Ideal Candidate:

• HVAC Technical Degree or Certification – Required
• Prior experience as a Commercial or Industrial HVAC Service Technician
• Preferred experience with controls and VRV/VRF systems
• Proven ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience collaborating with building owners, contractors, and engineers
• Ability to manage multiple service projects in a dynamic environment
• US Citizenship required | Must pass background, drug screen, and driving record check

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HVAC service and support during on-site client visits
• Diagnose and repair system issues across various HVAC products
• Partner with internal technical teams and field personnel to ensure service excellence
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to address issues and provide solutions
• Maintain strong communication and professionalism across all stakeholders
• Plan and execute daily service schedules based on work orders and priorities
• Share technical insights and feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $25–$45/hour (Union Rates | DOE)
