This firm provides full in-house design, installation, automation, and maintenance services across commercial and industrial markets. Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager (Mechanical/HVAC)
• Location: Salt Lake City, UT
• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus
• Status: Full-Time | Overtime Eligible

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical project management
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or piping systems
• Experience with equipment selection, engineering scope development, and load calculations
• Skilled in cost analysis, estimating, and project budgeting
• Familiar with coordination between architectural, electrical, and civil disciplines
• Clear, client-facing communication and internal coordination skills
• Ability to lead service and retrofit-focused projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed HVAC and plumbing documents including sizing, routing, and system layouts
• Analyze costs, budgets, margin projections, and estimate project scope changes
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with customer expectations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (owners, architects, subcontractors)
• Oversee equipment procurement and installation logistics
• Ensure code compliance and safety regulations throughout project execution
